SHIPPING & RETURNS

Bespoke goods cannot be returned, as they have been made to measure to the client’s exact specifications. However, as customer care and satisfaction is our priority, if you have any issues with your bespoke piece, we are happy to try and resolve any problem to the best of our ability on a case-by-case basis.

SHIPPING

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be accepted, processed and shipped. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is out for delivery.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail either first class signed for, special delivery or international tracked and signed for all of which are fully insured.

RETURNS

In accordance with UK Health and Hygiene regulations, unfortunately we cannot accept the return of earrings. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will happily accept any other returns of unused items within a 7 day period of purchase for domestic orders and within 10 day period of purchase for international orders.

Item(s) must be received in the same condition they were sent and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not received, it is the liability of the customer. We recommend using a trackable or insured option, which is how we ship the items.

Once the item is received and checked the full amount of the item purchased less the original delivery fee will be refunded to the same account the payment was made.
